Doing some catch-up work on my Gratitude Journal. The gratitude challenge for Day 3 was about saying thank you to someone who has meant a lot in my life. Day 4, on the other hand, is about sdefining gratitude and why it is important to practice the act of gratitude.

Like I said in earlier entries, I'm taking this one day at a time. It's a challenge in every sense of the word because the more I work on this the more challenging my days have been. On one end, it's good that I'm doing this because I force myself to see the good in an otherwise difficult day but on the other looking for the good in the bad can be frustrating when you can't think of anything positive because you're drowning in the negative.
Am I making any sense? I guess the important thing here is that I'm still working on this. For now I will be grateful for that.
