My friend Russ recently invited me to start a Gratitude Journal challenge. I've been feeling a bit down these past few weeks because of so many reasons and honestly, gratitude is the last thing on my mind at the moment. Still, I decided to give this a shot. I'm not sure if I can finish this thing but it won't hurt to try (just in case it can help me get out of my funk).
OK so here it is, my Day One entry. It was even harder than I thought -- it took me the entire day to think of the ten things I'm grateful for in my life. I know it should probably be easy but I guess I've been in such a rut that my brain just couldn't focus on the good things.
